Jay earned his undergraduate degree at Assumption College, and graduate degree from Northeastern University. He is a certified workplace, CEO and Life coach and is a certified energy leadership index master practitioner, and a certified Greatness Zone Coach master practitioner.

When not helping companies attract, hire and retain A-level talent, or helping people learn to discover and live great and happy lives, he writes, gardens and cooks (as any good Italian) with his partner in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
