Ultimately what you are looking for in this self experimentation process is:
- A body that has energy
- A body that has mental clarity
- And a body that feels good in general

Well when it comes to health and eating habits in particular, I have to say that I like the whole self-experimentation approach. Every body is different and so every body reacts differently to certain foods and nutrients. That said, it is important to get to know your own body and identify what it needs and how much and when. Of course it is easier said than done, but this certainly seems like a good place to start. I always like having a good video to watch too…makes things a little easier. Thanks for sharing.
