On today’s “Thursday Tip” episode, I’ll be discussing how to eat protein in a way that our bodies will handle well and will give us energy, mental clarity and a body that feels good.
One of the key tips I’ll share today is keeping the quantity small. I’ll share specifically how to portion out the right amount of meat in your diet.
That’s the whole thing about protein, we need to get the most of it and not simply eat too much of it and lose all the benefits it can bring us. I’d say that if we eat way smaller portions of protein we will be better off.
